Overview of the Job: You will need to manage and coordinate with a GroupM agency and their stake holders to sell Matrix products. This person will drive Inventory Product Sales and Content Products created under the Matrix portfolio (both Digital and Offline) to achieve desired results. He/ She will constantly interact with Agency leads and understand client portfolios to pitch products where the suitability lies. This person will ensure that business is managed as per aligned principles of Matrix and manage relationships with channel and publication partners at a regional level. Reporting of the role: Revenue Head – Agency Relationships 3 best things about the job: 1. An environment wherein knowledge of Print, TV, Radio, Digital and Content would be added to skill set. The candidate will have some prior knowledge of all mediums and enhance the skill set with an understanding of the partner product and deal structures. The candidate will also be in constant touch with partners at a regional level to have an in-depth understanding of the media environment in terms of demand and supply of products. 2. Interacting with Planners and Buyers across GroupM – the biggest agency in India – and understand client and campaign needs to fit in Matrix products wherever suitability lies. 3. Responsibilities of the role: · You will be working across multiple partners and publications. · The job would entail interacting at different levels across agencies. · Pitching and then pushing for closures on the same. · You would be working similarly on all medium – TV, Digital, Print and Radio products available with Matrix. · The idea again being that you would need to build a relationship with various stakeholders of the business – create sale through logical explanation basis Reach and other deliverables taken into consideration while planning for campaigns. · Interacting with Planners and Buyers across GroupM– the biggest agency in India. This creates a great platform to understand the sensibilities involved whilst planning – and take that learning into consideration while making relevant pitches · Knowing the pulse of various media campaigns and to be up-to date with Media happenings. · You would need to be at the right time and at the right place to plug in products wherever there are requirements and wherein they make sense keeping the overall objective of the campaign intact What you will need:
